DUTIES:

  • Monitor and manage weekly warranty wip reports
  • Ensure warranties are submitted in the system timeously.
  • Ensure highest warranty recovery rate obtained on every claim
  • Ensure staff are trained on and understand warranty criteria and labour time guide
  • Maintain warranty stores and ensure that all warranty parts are accounted for.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on Work In Progress (WIP)
  • Attend regular WIP meetings and implement any resolution from this meeting
  • Ensure that suppliers invoices are followed up by the Workshop Administrators
  • Ensure all jobs card values are accurate before submitting in warranty system
  • Update CRM and other customer management systems
  • Monitor and manage campaign completion and workflow by identifying machine location and arrange with closest branch to action
  • Upload new machines on CRM and SAP
  • Identify and report on recurring problems using the product information report for input into

quality improvement.

  • Create and maintain safe working environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric or ABET 4
  • Good communication skills
  • Compute literacy
  • Must be resourceful and self-motivated
  • SAP added advantage
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of technical related experience
  • Supervisory experience added advantage
  • Ability to interact with team members
  • Report Writing skills
