Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects. May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.

Microsoft Teams Telephony

  • Assigning new numbers to new starts who qualify for Teams external dialling
  • Assigning call plans to new starts and existing employees
  • International dialling
  • Conference calling
  • Local dialling
  • Assigning numbers to existing users previously not issued with one
  • Changing numbers on request
  • Setting up switchboards and hunt groups
  • Setting call forwarding on switchboards
  • Ensuring resigned users are removed from UCP
  • Managing regional spare number allocations per South African location and pro-actively applying for new number ranges
  • Troubleshooting end user telephony issues
  • Transferring users to a new GEO location
  • Liaising with Billing team to provide needed reports
  • General platform reporting
  • Troubleshooting platform issues and escalating to either the DRaaS teams or NTT CC teams depending on outcome of troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain all regional processes, documentation, and work instructions for the Teams Communication platform on UCP

Dimension Data K2 eForms Platform

  • Maintaining Approval Matrix
  • Maintaining Workflow matrix
  • Redirecting of forms
  • Managing permissions and access and mapping of new starts
  • Running payroll and finance reports monthly
