Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 Relevant qualification diploma or degree would be an advantage.
Code 10 driver’s license would be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with some exposure to farming/processing or manufacturing environments.
Relevant farming operations experience.
Strong people management skills Attention to detail.
Good analytical skills.
Computer literacy (intermediate proficiency in MS Excel) Planning and organization Communication (verbal, written and numeric) and sound interaction with lower; middle and senior management Problem solving Analytical thinking

Duties & Responsibilities:

Mtech Transactional Capturing

BIM Module – Brood & Lay Daily gathering and capturing (Mtech) of data from various operations / farms for the following transactions types:
Placements Field Transactions (inventory & statistical data)
Processing Transactions
Feed Deliveries
Feed Transfers
Order Shipments Reconciliation and audit of daily data captured to house charts per farm at the end of each cycle.
Reconciliation of bird and feed inventory between Mtech and physical inventory sheets on a weekly / monthly basis.
Investigate variances between Mtech data and house charts and/or physical inventory sheets and correct where applicable. Compile and distribute weekly reports to relevant managers using Mtech standard reports and / or the Agric BI Cube.
