Purpose of the Job:

The Customer Support Clerk will provide support for our online offering. This includes ensuring that customer queries are resolved, escalating any issues to the relevant parties thereby ensuring optimal customer service.

Job Objectives:

• Respond to customer queries
• Accurately capture customer queries
• Provide information to the customer, notarizing action taken or feedback given.
• Guide customers through the online ordering process
• Escalate problems to the relevant parties


Grade 12


Previous call centre, help desk or sales experience is advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Communication (verbal and written)
• Attention to Detail
• Interpersonal Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
