Our Collections Call Centre is looking for a pool of assertive, energetic individuals interested in fulfilling the role of Collections Agents at our Head Office. 

Your Key Performance outputs would include: 

  • Telephonic liaison with customers regarding outstanding debt
  • Telephonically updating and capturing customer details
  • Negotiating with customers regarding payment arrangements
  • Achieving daily and monthly targets
  • Adhering to processes and procedures
  • Compliance with service levels in the department

The Ideal Candidate will need: 

  • To be computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Be able to type 15 wpm
  • To be customer focused
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Non-students
  • Able to work flexible hours between 07:00am – 21:00pm
  • Have a minimum of 6 months working experience
  • Clear Credit record
  • Able to work any time of the day on short notice between 7am &9pm Mondays to Fridays and from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays
  • Own/Reliable transport from work at 9pm
