Job description:

The candidate will be responsible for rendering an all-inclusive administrative management service to the business/practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all administrative processes in the practice
  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Monthly & weekly reporting
  • Relationship management for internal and external clients
  • Maintain CRM (Client Relationship Management) and the integrated electronic and paper-based filing systems
  • Coordinate all office communication
  • Attend to all client related queries
  • Evaluate systems for improvement
  • Contact all relevant service providers
  • General maintenance of office
  • Ad-hoc & special projects

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum entry level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
  • Relevant work experience within the financial services industry
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Recommended requirements:

  • Secretarial qualification

Competencies required:

  • Time management skills
  • Organising and planning
  • Ability to work under pressure
