Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for rendering an all-inclusive administrative management service to the business/practice.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all administrative processes in the practice
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Monthly & weekly reporting
- Relationship management for internal and external clients
- Maintain CRM (Client Relationship Management) and the integrated electronic and paper-based filing systems
- Coordinate all office communication
- Attend to all client related queries
- Evaluate systems for improvement
- Contact all relevant service providers
- General maintenance of office
- Ad-hoc & special projects
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum entry level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
- Relevant work experience within the financial services industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
Recommended requirements:
- Secretarial qualification
