Role Outline                                                                                                           

  • Meet and exceed operational service levels and manage the cost of labour                 
  • To assist Line Management with the implementation and management of Human Resources policies, procedures, systems and practices at operational level                                                                                                                  
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll input                                                                                                                
  • Obtain necessary signatures for all documentation                                                                                                               
  • Submit monthly HR reporting                                                                                                          
  • Leave administration and capturing (SmartHR & NBC Leave System)
