TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator within the Timber Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities and Duties
- General administrative duties
- Daily invoicing of clients
- Capturing of invoices
- Capturing of data
- Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
- Following up of queries
- Compiling of daily reports
- Ensure that proper accounting practices and controls are maintained
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelors degree in finance (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- At least 2 years work experience in an administrative position and financial position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and under under pressure
