To provide specialist digital marketing advise to stakeholders and execute activity and project delivery according to set digital, direct and content marketing strategies and objectives. 

experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification – Relevant Diploma with specialisation in marketing management or a marketing focus area 
  • Preferred Qualification – Relevant Degree in marketing or relevant field 
  • Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level preferably in finance

In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check. Experience around data driven digital marketing, including use of analytics, experience in audience strategy, digital direct marketing will be advantageous Experience with UX, UI and dev advantageous Proficient in relevant software packages and applications Facebook, Google, Twitter, DoubleClickGoogle certifications 


  • Ensure the development, alignment and implementation of end-to-end processes within area of accountability for continued process improvement 
  • Drive collaboration between the Development and UX teams 
  • Manage mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions related to the, digital marketing function 
  • Implement relevant analytical tracking requirements across digital and direct marketing channels, integrating into overall reporting, insights and sharing across various channels, business units and external suppliers 
  • Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs 
  • Provide input into the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
