Glencore Rhovan Mine invites unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2021.

Glencore learnership programme are in the following fields:

·         Boilermakers

·         Fitters

·         Electrical

·         Diesel mechanic

·         Auto electrical

·         Instrumentation and Rigging

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Grade 12 with pass mark (40% and above) in Mathematics and Physical Sciences

·         N2 or Technical Matric with relevant trade theory

·         Level 1 Basic Artisan skills training

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

·         Diligent, precise and discipline

·         Medically fit for high risk area

·         Must have good communication skill

·         Must be able to wear respirators

·         Must have no fear of heights and confined spaces

·         Must be able to wort in abnormal weather conditions
