You will be required to implement and action pricing parameter changes as instructed by the Manager: Product offer and Transaction Pricing and Financial Controlling. You will ensure Internal Controls Processes are adhered to when implementing any pricing parameter changes. You will work closely with the supply management team to understand stock by model, specification and ageing. You will also make recommendations to adjust pricing parameters accordingly.

You will be responsible for the management of offer pricing parameters on all New and Used Car Stock available for sale. You will conduct regular review of stock pricing on the Digital Sales Platform to ensure complete transparency for prospects and customers. You will also review and analyse internal Sales Reporting statistics to make recommendations on changes required to pricing parameters.

Qualifications and Experience

You Should Have:

– Degree ideally combined with a postgraduate (e.g. Finance, Accounting or Business Management) qualification
– Minimum 3 years work experience with Retail Automotive Industry experience preferred
– Understanding of retail financing market is essential
– A good degree of commercial / financial awareness together with a sound understanding of the South African car market and the BMW / MINI / Motorrad retail partner network
– Strong communication and relationship building skills with ability to work in a matrix organisation
– Ability to work effectively under pressure
– Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and react to changes instantaneously as and when required
– Independent, intrinsically motivated, innovative, proactive.
