The Process and Quality Specialist role has a responsibility to have an overview on all operations activities in order to ensure that quality and processes are in place in all operational areas.
You will be required to effectively communicate progress to line manager and business managers, highlight areas of concern within projects and facilitate decision, coordinate with external departments to ensure timely delivery and be able to develop written business cases for presentation to senior management. You will be required to make recommendations and highlight key business issues, analyse the different business lines reports to identify problem areas and coordinate BSC reporting and Market KPI Reporting. You will also be required to implement quality strategies and develop reporting tools to control processes, analyse and support core departmental reporting, investigate data on behalf of management to identify trends, develop new reports to highlight important trends, drive Efficient Dynamics principles throughout business and align business processes and technical solutions to obtain efficiencies
Qualifications and experience
You should have:
• B.Com Degree • A detailed understanding of the retail finance industry and/or motor industry • BPM, software project management and 6 Sigma experience will be advantageous • Above-average analytical skills and structured root cause analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
