As the Lease Loyalty Advocate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for Lease End and Owners’ Choice accounts beginning at 180 days prior to their scheduled contract maturity date. Customer interactions focus on advising the customer of their end of term options and obligations, available loyalty programs, provide premium service to positively influence the customer’s upcoming purchase decision and promote BMW Group brand loyalty. Your work schedule may include some evenings.

Qualifications and experience

Minimum Requirements: 
6-12 Months Automotive Finance or Automotive experience 
6-12 Months Call Center experience 
Preferences: 
Bachelor’s Degree
